Nicole Louis is Chief Customer Officer (CCO) for London South Bank University and served as interim CEO of South Bank Academies between 2018 and 2019. Nicole supports the South Bank Academies Trust Board in the efficient and effective delivery of the Trust’s strategic aims and corporate plan, to uphold the Trust’s values, and to provide visible leadership across the organisation.
Within her role as CCO, Nicole has executive oversight within the University and the wider group for both the product and service offering and the key interfaces where students engage as customers, rather than as learners.
Leading on activities relating to marketing, recruitment, admissions, product, brand, customer service, employability, alumni engagement and fundraising, her role – and that of her wider team – is to support the LSBU group to:
- Build corporate reputation.
- Widen participation amongst key under-represented groups.
- Increase enrolments.
- Enhance student satisfaction and advocacy through service excellence.
- Strengthen engagement and contribution from our extensive network of alumni to support the advancement of the University and our learners.
Nicole joined South Bank University in 2017 and South Bank Academies in 2018, building on her professional knowledge and passion for education gained whilst working in the UK and international private education sector as a senior executive for a leading international private schools group. Prior to her career in education, Nicole built her career working for a number of leading consumer brands across multiple sectors, including large scale consumer services, telecoms, lottery and fine art – working in both UK-based and international roles.
