Professor Nicola Martin is Professor of Social Justice and Inclusive Education at LSBU and Interim Co-Director of the Research Centre for Social Justice and Global Responsibility. Nicola has taught in school, FE college and university and managed various professional services associated with student equity. Nicola leads the EdD, an education doctorate focussing on inclusion. Her research interests are around improving student experience across the age range. She is a National Teaching Fellow.
